Rosehaven Cottages is project-based and offers rental assistance with the rental unit.
A community neighborhood with 25 cottage-style units for households age 55 years and older.  Residents have easy access to the local public transit system, banking, shopping, medical facilities, community social agencies and community services.  One and two-bedroom single-story units offer an open, handicap-accessible floor plan, single-car attached garage, separate utility room, and convenient amenities:
