School Apartments
Affordable, independent, secure living
Washington School Apartments have brought new life to a historic
building on the national register. Constructed in 1901, the
building operated as an elementary school until 1982. Walla
Walla Housing Authority renovated the building in 1998 to offer
24 unique one-bedroom apartments for households age
55 years and older.
Washington School Apartments is a 24-hour secure building, complete
with resident parking, energy efficient appliances, laundry
facility, and secure mailbox system.
