Walla Walla Housing Authority maintains an Available Rental List that is up-dated regularly. Download or pick up a copy of the current listing from our office. Please note, there is a chance that a listed vacancy may already have been rented by the time you contact the landlord.
Area landlords and property managers advertise their rentals in the listing FREE of charge.
The Available Rental List is not the only source to find rental units. Renters are encouraged also to check... |

- Buyline Classifieds
- bulletin boards posted at grocery stores, work, colleges, and laundromats
- with friends and neighbors; they may know of available rentals
- for yard signs in areas you would like to live
- with property management companies or real estate agencies

| Questions to ask a prospective landlord: |
- Do you currently have or are you anticipating any vacancies within the next 30 days?
- What is the full street address of the unit?How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the unit have?
- What is the security deposit and monthly rent?
- What utilities and/or appliances are included with the rent?
- Is there an application or other fees?
- Do you accept housing vouchers?

Make an Appointment
When you find a unit that you are interested in, make an appointment to see it. Be sure keep the appointment and be on time. You may want to arrive a few minutes early to check out the neighborhood. |
