Performs semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment. He/she is required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity. Regular full-time (40 hours per week); hourly wage rate is dependent on qualifications.
Coordinates family services for residents/program participants of WWHA administered programs by networking with area service agencies; facilitates regularly scheduled resident meetings and events. Acts as tenant advocate liaison in assistance to secure housing with area landlords. Regular full-time (40 hours per week); hourly rate dependent on qualifications.
Performs general custodial duties at office and apartment building common areas necessary to maintain efficient operations; assists in the preparation of vacated housing units for rental. Regular full-time (40 hours per week); hourly rate dependent on qualifications.
