ACCOUNTANT

This position supports the Controller in the management of the daily accounting transactions of the Authority utilizing established accounting systems, policies and procedures.   Performs monthly financial tasks and reconciliations that are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).  Provides direct oversight of daily work activities of the Accounting Specialist position.  Requires any combination equivalent to bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field and eight (8) years increasingly responsible financial accounting experience in an organization; advanced proficiency in use of Excel; valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license.  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.  Wage rage is $16.81-$26.06 per hour depending on qualifications.

INFORMATION COORDINATOR

This position greets and directs customers to appropriate staff and/or provides them with requested information; processes maintenance work order requests; performs accounts receivable functions; and provides clerical assistance as assigned.  Requires bi-lingual, English/Spanish, fluency; able to communicate verbally and in writing; two (2) years paid work experience in secretarial field; high school diploma/GED; valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license.  Wage rage is $11.33-$17.56 per hour depending on qualifications.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

This position is responsible for the accurate accounting of inventory including purchasing, receiving, processing, recording, distributing and storage of supplies/materials.  This position performs a variety of clerical duties including data entry and maintenance of files/records.   Requires experience with inventory/stock control practices; shipping/receiving practices; minimum one (1) year paid work experience in directly related field; high school diploma/GED; valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license.  Wage rage is $13.50-$20.93 per hour depending on qualifications.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN-I

This position performs unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment; required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity, in the performance of his/her responsibilities.  Requires two (2) related field experience; valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license.  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.  Wage rage is $15.29-$23.70 per hour depending on qualifications.
