OCCUPANCY MANAGER

This position provides direct oversight of daily activities for Occupancy Division.  Under general supervision, maintains waiting lists for all properties owned and/or managed by the WWHA; interviews applicants and gathers information to determine eligibility/ineligibility and assignment of rental unit in accordance with WWHA policies, State and Federal regulations.  Maintains 100% lease-up rate; participates in marketing and community networking efforts.  Provides case management functions.  Requires two years college education, two (2) years paid relative work experience in related field, or combination of paid work experience in related field and education.  BI-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.  Wage range is $18.00-$27.90 per hour depending on qualifications.

HOUSING QUALITY STANDARDS INSPECTOR

Under general supervision, this position conducts housing quality standards (HQS) inspections to determine compliance with established standards for new admissions, annuals, and special purposes for the rental assistance programs administered by the Authority.  Requires two (2) years of college, plus two (2) years general experience in the construction, building and/or inspection field, or four (4) years experience in lieu of education; valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license.  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.  Wage rage is $15.25-$23.64 per hour depending on qualifications.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN-I

This position performs unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment; required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity, in the performance of his/her responsibilities.  Requires two (2) paid work relative experience; valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license.  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.  Wage rage is $15.29-$23.70 per hour depending on qualifications.
