CONTRACTS SPECIALIST

Performs assigned procurement activities and monitors contracts to assure compliance. Requires attention to detail, proficient use of computerized database system, Microsoft Excel, working financial knowledge/experience with budgets and job costing activities. Wage range is $15.55-$24.10 per hour depending on qualifications.

OCCUPANCY SPECIALIST

Performs assigned property management functions: maintains waiting lists; interviews applicants and gathers information to determine eligibility/ineligibility and assignment of rental unit in accordance with established policies, State and Federal regulations; maintains 100% lease-up rate; participates in marketing and community networking efforts; provides on-going case management functions. Wage range is $14.82-$22.97 per hour depending on qualifications.

INFORMATION COORDINATOR

Greets and directs customers to appropriate staff and/or provides them with requested information; processes maintenance work order requests; performs accounts receivable functions. Wage range is $12.25-$18.99 per hour depending on qualifications.
