Performs semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment. He/she is required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity. Regular full-time (40 hours per week); wage range is $15.29 - $23.70 per hour, depending on qualifications.
