Performs accounts payable and receivable functions, accurately and timely, using a computerized accounting system. Ensures all proper support documentation accompanies purchase order/invoice for payment. Responsible for tracking and engaging in aggressive collection procedures. Requires AA degree in accounting or higher; minimum of two (2) years work experience as full charge bookkeeper, accounts payable or accounts receivable specialist. Must have valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable. Wage range is $13.07-$20.26 per hour depending on qualifications
Follows an outlined routine work schedule; performs general custodial duties at apartment building common areas necessary to maintain efficient operations; assists in the preparation of vacated housing units for rental. Must have valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable. Wage range is $11.00-$17.05 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus full benefit package including retirement.
