Available Positions

HIGH-LEVEL Accounting Professionals: functions include accounts receivable, account payable, and account reconciliation.  Requires two years relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED equivalent; AA degree in accounting; fluent in us of Microsoft Office Suite; prior direct customer service work experience; ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and written); Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN-I (click the link to review the full job description
This position performs unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment.  He/she is required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity, in the performance of his/her responsibilities.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable. Wage range is $14.83 - $22.99 per hour depending on qualifications. The position will remain open until filled.
