Available Positions
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN-I:This position performs unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment. He/she is required to demonstrate rudimentary knowledge of basic heating, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity, in the performance of his/her responsibilities. Must posses high school diploma or GED equivalent, valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.
Work hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Wage range is $13.96 to $19.90 depending on qualifications.
SEASONALGROUNDSKEEPER : Seasonal Groundskeeper position available now through October 31, 2010; Temporary full-time (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week) $10.00 per hour.
Position requires ability to operate various mechanical lawn equipment, power and hand tools. Must posses high school diploma or GED equivalent, valid Washington or Oregon State driver's license and have own reliable transportation. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) desirable.
