REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Landscape Maintenance Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Walla Walla (WWHA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to submit a proposal for landscape maintenance services at multiple sites.

OBTAINING THE RFP: A copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained from the WWHA website at http://www.wallawallaha.org/doing_business.htm or by contacting Rosanna Morgan at 509-522-7815 or rosannam@wallawallaha.org. Any addenda issued for this RFP will be published at the above-referenced website and respondents to this RFP are responsible for checking the website prior to submission of proposals for any addenda.

QUESTIONS: Vendors who request a clarification of this RFP requirements may submit written questions to Greg Watson by 10:00am PDT on January 18, 2012. An e-mail sent to gregw@wallawallaha.org is acceptable. Letters sent via facsimile will be accepted at (509) 527-4574.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Sealed proposals (three (3) paper copies for each site proposed) must be received no later than 4:00pm PDT January 31, 2012, at the WWHA’s street address below. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals sent by U.S. Postal Mail must be delivered to the WWHA by the deadline.
