Income limits and rent calculations are established by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission for the Belmont Apartments using the 50% income limit.

Belmont Apartments is project-based and offers rental assistance with the rental unit.
Built in 1914 and renovated in 2022, Belmont Apartments offers 20 one-bedroom apartments; a percentage of which are designated for persons diagnosed as developmentally disabled.  Conveniently located in downtown Walla Walla, residents are close to banking and medical facilities, shopping, community social agencies and community services.
